Inter District Prestige Championships. Milnerton High School shines at the Inter District Prestige Championships!

A huge congratulations to Tawanda Jani (Gr11), Jody Karsten (Gr12), Ruan Myburgh (Gr11), and Matthew Southworth (Gr11), who represented the Cape Town Aquatic (CTA) team on 11 January 2025 in George. Not only did the CTA team win the gala, but these swimmers delivered incredible individual results in their age groups:

Tawanda Jani:

• Silver – 100m Breaststroke
• Bronze – 50m Breaststroke

Jody Karsten:

• Bronze – 400m Freestyle & 100m Freestyle
• Gold – Boys 17 & Over Freestyle Relay

Ruan Myburgh:

• Bronze – 200m IM, 100m Breaststroke & 50m Breaststroke
• Gold – Boys 15-16 Medley Relay
• Silver – Boys 15-16 Freestyle Relay

Matthew Southworth:

• Silver – 200m IM & 50m Fly
• Bronze – 100m Fly
• Gold – Boys 15-16 Medley Relay
