As Nelson Mandela’s legacy is celebrated this month, Nal’ibali is honouring his wish for children to experience the joy of reading by giving away ten children’s storybook hampers to readers of NoordkaapBulletin.

These hampers, of 5 books each, will be handed out to ten caregivers, parents or guardians.
