Following the theft of property at a house in Schreiner Street, Hadison Park in Kimberley on Sunday, 9 April, the Northern Cape police’s Murder and Robbery unit are investigating a house robbery case.
According to Sgt Timothy Sam, police spokesperson, preliminary investigations indicated that the victims were awoken in their bedroom by three intruders who instructed them at gunpoint to keep quiet and hand over their money and jewellery.
The victims complied out of fear for their lives.
The intruders took off with items with an estimated value of R700 000, that included foreign currency, jewellery, tablets, cellphones, cameras, and a wedding ring.
Attached are three identikits of the persons believed to be of interest in the investigation of this case.
