April marks 110 years since the so-called “unsinkable” Titanic sank after colliding with an iceberg in the North Atlantic Ocean. The 1997 movie Titanic, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, put this tragedy on the foreground again, making more than $2 billion at the box office. The largest replica of Titanic in Africa – at 8,7 m – is on exhibition in the Kathu Village Mall and will be moving to Kimberley soon.
