Every year, CANSA runs the Cuppa for CANSA campaign across the country. The aim is to socialise and have fun with family, friends or colleagues while raising funds for CANSA to continue delivering its care and support programmes to those affected by cancer. Hostesses can use this year’s theme, “Time to Take Heart Together”, or choose their own. After deciding on a theme, creatively use it in decor, beverages and snacks for the event. The organisation invites all to host such an event. This is open to individuals and corporates. The first step is to register as a host. After registering, the regional CANSA staff partner will contact the host with information and guidelines. The events can be held until 31 October. Participants can also enter for the Cuppa competition to win prizes. Visit cuppa.org.za for details.
