For approximately ten years now, Delon Morosi has been selling his works of art made from beads and wire in Kimberley. For Morosi beadwork is a “family thing”. He says his mother started with beadwork on doilies many years ago. The most popular beadwork items he sells are those of the hoopoe bird, boerbok, sheep and the protea. He also does work on order. On Saturday mornings Morosi and his work can be found on the corner of Synagogue and Memorial Road, and on Sundays on the corner of Gerrit Schouten Way and MacDougall Drive.Photo: Helena Barnard
