After last week’s games played by rugby teams in the Kimberley Regional League, the Kimberley Rugby Club is first on the log with 36 points, closely followed by Douglas with 35 points.

Universal Rugby Football Club is third with 29 points.

In these games of round ten, played from 17 to 20 May, Hartswater beat Sol Plaatje University (SPU) by 53 – 10; Kimberley beat Rooikatte by 118 – 0; and Universal gains five points as Black Warriors forfeited the game.

In round 11, Kimberley played against Black Warriors on Wednesday (24/05).

On Saturday, SPU will pit their strength against Douglas, and Universal with Hartswater.

Several team members and other dignitaries of the Universal Football Rugby Club at the occassion where Rudi Winnaar of Koki’s Butchery was acknowledged for his support.
