At the Fight Arts Promotions Boxing Tournament taking place on Saturday (25/06) at the Sun Flamingo Open Court in Kimberley, professional boxers and jujitsu fighters will be battling it out in the ring.
This will be the first time in more than five years for such an event to be hosted in Kimberley.
Promoter Russle Bindeman says the jujitsu pre-show will commence at 12:00, while professional boxing can be enjoyed from 15:00. The open court caters for a good turnout in open air.
The fights include Mtombeni Quvile against Gift Pilane (junior flyweight); Tshiamo Zwane against Musa Ntlangula (junior flyweight); Kagiso “King” Hlungwani against Dale Neethling (light heavyweight); and Masana Manganyi against Xolani Xaluva (heavyweight).
In the women’s category, Simamkele Ntutsheni will battle it out against Cherice Smith (lightweight).
