The Northern Cape Department of Health requests the assistance of the community in locating the family of a patient, Witness Ophrey Nkuna.
According to a press release by the department, Nkuna was admitted to the West End Specialised Hospital on 4 May 2006 after a short forensic evaluation. He was referred by a prosecutor in Griquatown.
According to the patient, he is from Mpumalanga from a settlement called Mkundlu next to the Matikwana Hospital.
Nkuna also gave the names of his siblings, which are according to him Midrand Nkuna, Nantu Nkuna, Glen Nkuna, and a friend by the name of Joseph Mlangeni.
