Northern Cape Cricket’s Hheadt coach, Mark Charlton, was named coach of the season at the Cricket South Africa (CSA) Awards on Sunday (14/08).
Earlier, The CSA had recently announced the list of nominees for the 2021-’22 CSA Awards, which aims to recognisinge the leading men and women on national and international fronts.
The following representatives of Northern Cape Cricket were nominated:
- Mark Charlton, as division 2 coach of the season;
- Evan Jones, as division 2 four-day player of the season;
- Beyers Swanepoel, as division 2 one-day player of the season; and
- Gert Janse van Rensburg (oom Kattie), as Kemach Equipment groundsman of the year.
