Help needed to trace family of patient

The Northern Cape Department of Health requests the assistance of the community in locating the family of a patient, Thembinkosi Alfred Nyati. He is currently admitted in the short stay ward at the Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe Hospital in Kimberley. The patient was brought to the hospital on 25 September by members of the police. He was found on the side of the road in a confused state, with inappropriate behaviour. During the consultation the patient confirmed his name and date of birth (1952-06-14), however he was unable to give any contact details of his family, except that his mother is Ania Anna Mantansane. He further reported that he resided at SKS Carletonville 5842. Anyone who know him or can help to trace his family, can visit the Social Work Unit at the hospital or dial 053-802-2703.
