Earning bronze at African Gymnastics Championships

Tricha Richards from Kimberley, an award-winning gymnast of the Rhythmia Gymnastic Club, won a bronze medal at the recent 18th African Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships. This event took place on 25 and 26 April in Kigali, Rwanda. She received the medal for her ball routine, and was placed third overall. Tricha is a Gr. 9 learner at the St Patrick’s CBC, and has been doing gymnastics from a very young age. She is coached by Tazmiah Francis.
