STRAND – The body of a man was found on Strand Beach on Thursday 23 July.
According to the Strand Patrol Neighbourhood Watch it received a message just after 10:00 about a man’s body having washed up on shore and which was seen by a passer-by.
It was reportedly found at the site of the City of Cape Town Strand Seawall upgrade and refurbishment project in Beach Road, where authorities attended the scene.
Strand police had yet to confirm details in response to DistrictMail & Helderberg Gazette’s enquiries about the incident.
