Babbel en Brei Club Jamestown — The Jamestown Library Babbel en Brei Club was delighted to welcome Legacy Community Development and handover a beautiful collection of knitted items lovingly handmade by community members who gather every Wednesday at the Jamestown Public Library. Based at the Legacy Centre in Kayamandi, Legacy Community Development is an NPO dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of community members. The organisation’s programmes are driven by a dedicated team and enriched by the passion, talents and generosity of volunteers who selflessly share their time and skills.

Babbel en Brei Club Jamestown — The Jamestown knitters were proud to share these handmade creations with Legacy, knowing that each stitch carries a little extra love, care, and warmth. “We hope these knitted items will bring comfort to those who need it most. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributes to this wonderful initiative. Together, we are reminded that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference,” the library team added.
