Feast of music and cheese to warm up chilly Sundays at Delheim

Stellenbosch music legend Schalk Joubert is one of the artists performing at Delheim’s annual winter experience.

Delheim Wine Estate will host its annual Music and Cheese Fondue Winter Experience every Sunday from 5 July to 30 August, combining live music performances with traditional Swiss-style dining on the slopes of Stellenbosch’s Simonsberg Mountain.

The series, running from noon to 15:00 every Sunday, features nine different musical acts performing genres ranging from Afro-jazz and contemporary soul to traditional Bavarian melodies and folk-inspired blues.

The winter music series has become an established fixture on the Cape Winelands’ events calendar, drawing visitors to the estate during the cooler months for an indoor dining experience that combines food, wine and live entertainment.
