Strand Rugby Football Club hosted a pre-season 2023 breakfast launch at Firland Meadow in Gordon’s Bay on Saturday (12 November). The event was attended by players and coaching staff in preparation for the 2023 club rugby season, when the local lads will be playing in Western Province Super League B.
