Lwandle police are investigating a collision involving a light-duty truck on the N2 near Monkey Town in Somerset West on Sunday (20 November). According to police spokesperson Sergeant Mthokozisi Gama, the incident occurred at 12:42, when the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle, a white Hino 300, when the vehicle experienced a mechanical failure while travelling in the direction of Grabouw. He said the 28-year-old driver remained unscathed while a 55-year-old passenger sustained slight injuries. Foto:
