Local cyclists gear-up for Cape Town Cycle Tour

Cyclists of Blue Sky Cycling Academy, a development-based academy located in Zola, Strand, participated in the 110 km Tour de PPA (Pedal Power Association), held in February at Durbanville, and are now gearing up to take part in the Cape Town Cycle Tour this Sunday (12 March). Founder Luthando Funani said the group can be proud of their consistency, having qualified for the CT Cycle Tour every year since 2021. “The improvements in their times and performances are a great motivation, and we wish them well on the Tour,” he said.
