Off-duty public order police officers acting on a tip-off about drugs being transported from KZN to Cape Town intercepted a passenger bus in Somerset West on Thursday 26 March.
When they searched the luggage of 35-year-old woman, they discovered 6 500 synthetic Cathinone tablets worth about R520 000.
The suspect was arrested and appeared in court on drug dealing charges on Monday 30 March.
