High Court declares litigants vexatious after two-decade legal battle
The Pretoria High Court has declared Advertising Digital Services (Pty) Ltd and its director, Johan Hendrik Reynders, vexatious litigants. They are now barred from bringing further legal action against Standard Bank and ex-employee Cornelius Du Plessis without court approval.
