BLOEMFONTEIN – The new year started afresh for Eunice High School with the announcement that the acting principal of Eunice High School was officially appointed the Headmistress of the school on Monday, 19 January.
Jackie Botma acted in the position since the previous principal, Zinnette de Wet, left the school for a new position as Headmistress at Afrikaanse Hoër Meisieskool in Pretoria in April 2025.
At the Board Medal Assembly on Wednesday 21 January where the Eunice matrics that excelled in the 2025 Senior Certificate Examination were awarded, the announcement was made to the school and parents that Botma is now officially appointed as Headmistress.
