Deadly Dozen is a hybrid fitness race combining structured running with functional strength stations. The format is raced entirely on a standard athletics track and innerfield, making it straightforward to host, officiate and spectate. Deadly Dozen currently operates in more than 30 countries worldwide.
Entrants take part in a race of 12 runs of 400 m, each followed by a strength labour completed back-to-back on an outdoor athletics track. This includes 12 activities like the farmer’s carry, deadlift, lunge, burpee broad jump, goblet squat and bear crawl.
The event starts at 09:00. Enter on webtickets.co.za and go to Fitness Race – Deadly Dozen Bloemfontein.
