SPICY CHICKEN LIVERS
INGREDIENTS
- 120g Chicken livers
- 20ml Oil
- 30g Chili powder
- 250ml Mayonnaise
- 10ml Tabasco sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- 20ml Fresh cream
METHOD
- Add a dash of cooking oil to a heated pan and then add the chicken livers. Fry them until they are golden brown.
- Remove the livers and add more oil in the same pan. Add the chilli powder, tabasco sauce and a pinch of salt & pepper.
- Cook it off for 5 minutes.
- Combine mayonnaise and cooked chilli powder mixture in a separate bowl.
- Reheat another pan, add livers and your sauce then add salt and pepper to taste.
