The Cape Winelands u-17 soccer trials were held at the Esselen Park Field on Saturday 14 May. All the local football associations (LFA) from the various regions participated. Selectors had a very difficult task to select the best boys and girls whose task it is to represent the Breede Valley region at the national play-offs that will take place on 11 June. On 28 and 29 May SAFA CW will hold a training camp for the selected squad in the Drakenstein area, which will be hosted by SuperSport United. The executive of the local associations wish all the girls and boys who were selected the very best for their journey. They hope they will reach the final group, which will represent the country at the u-17 championship. Pictured here are LFA boys
