The Cape Winelands District Municipality (CWDM) hosted their annual Top Achievers Awards on Thursday, 3 February in the Paarl Town Hall, Drakenstein. Under challenging and difficult circumstances, the Class of 2021 persevered. Dr Elna van Schlicht, Executive Mayor, congratulated and honoured the achievers.
