Montagu CPF selects new office bearers

The Montagu Community Policing Forum (CPF) held elections on Wednesday 30 October to select new committee members. The CPF elections are held every fifth year to select new office bearers. Pictured (from left) are Jannie Hoffman (additional member), Constable Esmarelda Philander (assistant-secretary), Kim Bezuidenhout (public relations officer), Thanduxolo Feketha (projects), Zelda van Heerden (treasurer), Lt Col Gerrit Wewers (station commander of Montagu Police Station), Ian Millin (vice-chairperson), Rhoda Negus (chairperson, re-elected), Lizelle Clulee (secretary), Klaas Morkel (from the District Office, who facilitates the elections) and Johan Olivier (additional member). “The committee would also like to thank Stephan Crous, Marielise Hattingh and Selestien Moses who served on the previous committee for their time and dedication,” said Negus on behalf of the newly-elected committee.Photo: Norman Evertson
