Local police, together with different role players in the community, members of the provincial government and provincial police, hosted a men’s dialogue session in Zwelethemba on Thursday 19 January.
This dialogue is one of the educational tools used for creating a space for important conversations such as addressing the scourge of gender-based violence (GBV).
Many local men participated in the talk, and the pursuit of creating awareness and stimulating valuable conversation on the topic of violence against women and children was deemed a success by all role players involved.
