The Langeberg Municipality have appointed Ruwacon for the rehabilitation of the roads project in Ashton, Bonnievale, Montagu and Robertson.
Ruwacon started with the first phase of the project in Robertson on 11 September.
It is important to note the first phase consists of patching potholes on the selected roads in preparation for re-sealing.
The contractor will start on the following roads:
. Church Street from Johan de Jongh towards Traffic Department. Paul Kruger Street from Loop Street towards White Street. Paul Kruger Street from Constitution street towards White Street.
Traffic will be redirected for short periods of time as lane closures will be required to work on sections of the road.
To ensure the construction project progresses smoothly road users are asked to remain patient during the disruption of traffic flow and follow the redirection signs.
