June Esau, sister of Cecyl Esau, an anti-apartheid activist who was incarcerated on Robben Island is launching her book, Making of an activist on Saturday 28 October. The event, which takes place at the Kleinplasie museum, starts at 10:00. The story focuses on the anti-apartheid struggle in Worcester and how it affected families such as the Esaus.
