Rebecca Flack of Curro Langebaan was awarded the “Committee Trophy” at the Boland Biathlon awards evening on 17 May. This award is for her behaviour on and off the field, respect for others, humbleness and commitment to the sport. She was also awarded an “Honorary Colours” certificate for competing in three consecutive National Championships. Acknowledgement was also made for breaking the Boland record for her age group. Rebecca also achieved 4th place for under-13 girls at the Western Cape Biathlé Championship in Bredasdorp this past weekend. Rebecca has also been selected to represent the Western Cape at the National Biathlé Championship in Durban on 15 June.Foto:
