Langebaan Stars Gymnastic Club did very well in the recent district competitions. For acrobatic gymnastics they won 6 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze medals. For tumbling a gold medal, trampoline, a silver medal and rhythmic a bronze medal. The club participated at the acrobatic competition (stages and Level 1 to 8) on Saturday 7 June in Malmesbury, rhythmic (Level 3) on Friday 30 May in Stellenbosch and tumbling and trampoline (Level 1) on Friday 13 June in Brackenfell. The entire team have made the team that will go to the Western Cape provincial championship later in the year. — Langebaan Stars Gymnastics Club did very well in the recent district competitions.
