Kyle Snyder , a learner at Curro Langebaan, won several events in Eswatini.

Kyle Snyder, a learner from Curro Langebaan, represented South Africa at the African Aquatics Zone IV Swimming Championships in Eswatini from 3 to 7 September.

Making his school and town proud, Snyder achieved his first victory on the first day in the 100 m backstroke event. He broke the championship record with a time of 1.00.47. He also participated in the medley relay, where South Africa won first place. He ended second in the 800 m freestyle.

On Day 2 he won the 200 m backstroke and broke the meet record with a time of 2:11.23. He also participated in the 4 x 100 m freestyle relay, where South Africa again won first place.
