Easter is here, which means the annual Easter Knockout Games is back.
Football and netball teams will once again battle it out at the Diazville Sports Grounds, starting Friday. Players and fans alike can look forward to an action-packed four-day event starting at 10:00 each day.
Clubs looking to take part in the football tournament can look forward to cash prizes. The joining fee per team is R1 500 with big bucks up for grabs for the top teams.
The team to reach third place will receive R2 500, the second-placed team will win R5 000 and the trophy winning team will receive R10 000.
Netball teams wanting to compete on court will also get their chance. A joining fee of R500 applies.
