After its huge success last year, the second “It’s getting real with women-to-women” event is highly anticipated this year.
The event will take place on Saturday 4 November at 13:00 at the Freeport Saldanha IDZ.
Ezile Mcaba, a skills coordinator, managerial expert among other things, who hosts this event said its aim is to create a unifying and central platform for women on the West Coast to gather and talk about the challenges they face daily, to connect, unpack and to simply have fun.
She describes this as the result of a vision given to her by God, citing the need for this type of gathering among women, its purpose being to empower and uplift.
Last year the event attracted a number of women who were inspired by the testimonies and speakers. Mcaba believes this year will be exactly the same, with an event from which women benefit greatly and walk away with refreshed mind and soul.
Guests can look forward to artists Peliwe Mbange and Ntuthu Mayekiso, both speakers, and Sonia Lewaks, Ziyanda Bulu, Paulina Lakabane, among others.
