The City of Cape Town’s mobile office will bring services to Atlantis on Wednesday 26 February from 09:30 to 13:30.

It will be located at the Wesfleur Housing office.

The aim is to provide customer services to communities that are far from municipal facilities, such as customer care, housing and sub-council offices or freecall lines.

The City’s customer service team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.

This way the Metro is bringing its services to residents and affording them the opportunity to enquire and solve issues without spending time and money on transport.

Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and visit the mobile office.
