Subcouncil 1 convened an Area Coordinating Team (Act) meeting on Wednesday 8 November at the Wesfleur municipal building. It was attended by Subcouncil 1 councillors, the Deputy Mayor of Cape Town Eddie Andrews and officials of the local and provincial spheres of government.
