Daily, people face battles. Fear, discouragement, division and hopelessness quietly wear many down. Yet Ephesians 6 reminds us that God has not left his people defenceless. He has given believers spiritual armour to stand firm.

The Apostle Paul teaches that our struggle is not ultimately against people (the natural), but against spiritual darkness that seeks to divide, deceive, and destroy.
How often relationships break down because people begin fighting instead of recognising the deeper spiritual battle behind the conflict. The enemy thrives on division, but God calls His people to unity, forgiveness, and prayer.
Paul’s command is simple but powerful: “Stand.” Not panic. Not give up.
Stand firm in God’s strength.
The armour of God is not symbolic decoration; it is daily spiritual protection. The Word of God gives believers authority against lies, and prayer keeps us connected to wisdom of heaven.
One of the enemy’s greatest strategies is isolation. When people pull away from God, prayer, and fellowship, they become vulnerable.
But believers who stay rooted in God find strength to endure. God still calls His people to stand strong, remain faithful.
