Three Harmony Striders took part in the Valsrivier race on 23 May in Bothaville. Mina Sullivan ran the 10 km, while André van Niekerk and Johan Rheeder tackled the 21,1 km.
Luyanda Fixane represented the club at the McCarthy VW Witbank Icebreaker 21,1 km race in eMalahleni on the same day.

Thapelo Khanali recorded the fastest time of 32:21, followed by Colin Delport (34:06) and Reggie Mokhosi (35:51). Kananelo finished in 40:50, André van Niekerk in 43:03, Jaco Potgieter in 43:58 and Clayton Anderson in 44:00. Morné Nel completed the distance in 46:24, Deon Lodder in 46:32 and Muso Molefi in 48:20. André Els and Deon du Plooy both clocked 51:09, while Rudolph Rabie finished in 52:10, Cornelius Visagie in 53:23 and Nico Dicks in 53:45. Daemane Makhate recorded 54:56, Yvonne Visagie 66:00 and Johan Pretorius 66:49. Amelia du Plessis and Deleen van Rooyen both finished in 75:00.

Kananelo Sejentu achieved the fastest time of 15:10, with Monyane Raliengoane second in 15:36 and Kamo Nyamane third in 16:06. Tshepo Nkheno clocked 16:09, Renellwe Moyoa 17:11, Siyathanda Cele 17:33 and Skosana Lenokonalo 18:21. Bohlokwa Nketsi finished in 19:25, Ramongalo Ntsoari in 20:52, Thorise Mokhanedi in 20:58 and Neo Mahaqbo in 21:56. Rina Nel recorded 24:52, Arthur Penny 26:15, Mavis Motaung 26:31 and Zama Fixane 27:35. Kamo Mocholotsi clocked 28:30, Bertus van Wyk 28:02, Karabo 33:21 and Anne-Lee Penny 34:56. Celeste le Roux finished in 36:46, Ronel van Wyk in 37:43 and Ishmael Dhlamini in 39:00.

Jacob Tseko recorded the fastest time of 30:01, followed by Thapelo Khanali (33:01) and Oratile Nandela (33:40). Morne Nel finished in 36:28, while Kananelo clocked 40:10. Muso Molefi and Braampie Tsotetsi both recorded 46:13. Arthur Penny finished in 57:21, with Zama Fixane completing the course in 58:10.
Amelia du Plessis finished in 60:00, Deleen van Rooyen in 61:00, and Johan Pretorius in 67:43.

Makhaya Mzwakie finished first in 14:50, with Raboroko Mojalefa close behind in 14:53. Monyane Raliengoane finished third in 15:26, followed by Lesibe Bokong (15:58) and Kamohelo Nyamane (16:49). Celes Yamthanda clocked 17:25, while Skosana Lehlononolo (18:12), Benetiwe (18:28) and Lehlo (18:47) finished within a minute of each other. Thoriso Mokhanedi recorded 20:20. Johan Rheeder finished in 22:45, Chantel Rheeder in 22:50, André van Niekerk in 22:54, and Itumeleng G in 23:28.
André Els and Deon Lodder both recorded 24:49, while Cornelius Visagie clocked 25:25 and Rina Nel 25:54.
Wesley Raynard completed the course in 30:21, Lientjie Blom in 31:05, Anne-Lee Penny in 38:02, and Ishmael Dhlamini in 39:00.
