For far too long, communities have endured failing service delivery, financial mismanagement, and a lack of responsive leadership.
The intervention, reportedly guided by Pres. Cyril Ramaphosa, signals a renewed commitment to addressing the deep-rooted challenges facing local government. It affirms that poor performance and neglect of duty will no longer be tolerated, regardless of position or political affiliation.
Residents across the province have grown weary of empty promises, while basic services continue to deteriorate.
