The Thabong Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union (Popcru) and the Local Criminal Records Center (LCRC) did a community outreach to the Tsakani Primary School in Thabong on 7 November. The members interacted with the learners and the educators, and handed out toiletry sets to 12 disadvantaged learners.is necessary
