This defunct sewage pump in Stateway, and an adjacent freshwater pipeline that has developed a major burst, will be attended to urgently. So says Thokozile Nkuna, spokesperson for the Matjhabeng Municipality. “The Matjhabeng Local Municipality is currently facing operational challenges that have made it difficult to immediately address some service delivery issues. Assistance has been sought externally in an effort to speedily remedy the situation. The pump (photo) will be attended to as a matter of urgency.
