Kutloanong ward councillors and concerned residents of Ward 20 took to the streets on Friday, 25 February, to hand over a memorandum regarding drug and substance abuse. The march was convened by Aubrey Tsoeute, human rights activist and community development practitioner. On Sunday, 27 February, community dialogue took place between various stakeholders, among which the Odendaalsrus police, the community policing forum, church-based organisations, branches of the South African National Civic Organisation (Sanco), the Lion of Judah rehabilitation centre and members of the community.Photo: Supplied
