Two members of Malmesbury police were recently promoted from warrant officer to captain.
They are Capt Jaco Stears, with 23 years’ service, who is now Moorreesburg’s visible policing head, and Capt Constance Jooste (20 years’ service), now group head of Malmesbury detectives.
