Devinique Cleophas (right) represented part of the West Coast team that took part in the Youth Cycling Festival in Oudtshoorn from 11 to 13 July, when she competed in five events. Her team achieved fourth place in the team trials. She also achieved third place in the MTB event and fourth place in the MTB oval track event. Pictured with her is provincial Minister of Sport and Cultural Affairs Anroux Marais.
