South African Rugby has unveiled an electrifying 2026 fixture list featuring ten Springbok matches, so far, that promise to deliver world-class entertainment.

It all kicks off with three Nations Championship clashes in July. England visits Ellis Park on July 4, followed by Scotland at Loftus Versfeld on July 11, and Wales at Kings Park, Durban on July 18. These fixtures offer the Springboks immediate opportunities to build on their recent dominance, having defeated all three teams in 2024-2025.

The highlight of the season arrives in August and September with four matches against the All Blacks, branded as “Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry.” This unprecedented series spans multiple venues, starting at Ellis Park on August 22, moving to Cape Town Stadium on August 29, returning to FNB Stadium on September 5, and concluding at a venue to be confirmed on September 12.

The rivalry series carries special significance following the Springboks’ commanding 43-10 victory over New Zealand in their last encounter. This extended battle between rugby’s most successful nations promises to captivate fans worldwide.

November brings the Nations Championship to a thrilling conclusion with three European fixtures. Italy faces the Springboks between November 6-8, followed by France on November 13-15, and Ireland on November 21. All three matches await venue confirmation.

Recent results favor the world champions, who secured victories over Italy (32-14), France (32-17), and Ireland (24-13) during their 2025 campaigns. The comprehensive 73-0 demolition of Wales earlier this year demonstrates the team’s exceptional form heading into the new season.
