House Andrew Murray (Ham), a children’s home in Wellington, is appealing to the public for possible donations this Christmas.
Around 50 children are staying behind at the home this Christmas and more than 100 are visiting their families.
To light up the faces of those who cannot spend the festive season with their families, and to make their Christmas special, Ham is in need of the following goods:. Fruit. Cooldrink. Bompies. Ice cream. Ice pops. Baking goods. Toys or games. Braai goods
For those visiting their families the children’s home further needs a 100 Checkers or Pick n Pay Christmas hampers to take with them, which will ensure that they are nourished.
These goods can be delivered directly to Ham.
Alternatively, a donation can be made to the home at Absa cheque account, branch code 632005, and account number 430 560 107.
