The Winelands Cycle Race will be taking place on Sunday 30 January in Wellington. The day’s activities start at Hugenote Primary in Gen Hertzog Boulevard at 05:30 and the races will end there by 13:00.
Regrettably, there will be traffic and parking restrictions in the vicinity of the school. Drakenstein Municipality’s traffic department and Paarl Rotary marshals will regulate traffic through the various stages of Sunday morning’s races.
The race organisers apologise for any temporary inconvenience caused and will try to limit disruption as far as possible.
All proceeds from the race will be channelled to community development projects through the Rotary Club of Paarl. Detailed information is available on www.winelandscyclerace.co.za.
