The lavish wine estate in the foothills of the Du Toits Kloof, Brookdale, launched The Bistro and Tasting Room last week. The Bistro is a breath of fresh culinary air created by Chef Gary and his team, and meals can be enjoyed paired with Brookdale’s award winning wines.
