Siyabonga Stengana (left) of Paarl has taken it upon himself to clean up illegal dumping sites in Mbekweni with the help of local youths, to rehabilitate and upgrade these sites. He is due to be featured on the SABC environmental show50/50. He recently addressed the Rotary Club of Paarl about his project, which has drawn support from local schools. With him are Hester Visagie (Rotary president) and Rotarian Adele de Almeida.
