The award winning Faber restaurant at Paarl’s Avondale Wine Estate continued its winning streak on Sunday when it was announced the winner of the Eat Out Woolworths Sustainability Award. “We are privileged to receive this award,” said Dale Stevens of Faber after he and colleague Kat de Wet received the award, “for it reflects the ethos of the Avondale Wine Estate, and it is such an honour to work on an organic farm with sustainability as its priority.
